Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SubScaled ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect only what you give us to get in touch, we use it to respond to you and provide our service, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
- Booking form. If you send a booking request, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, agency name, client count, and any message. The form is processed by FormSubmit.co, which forwards your submission to our email inbox.
- Call scheduling. If you book a call through the embedded scheduler, your name, email, and selected time are processed by Cal.com under Cal.com's privacy policy, and the booking is added to our calendar.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
We do not set our own tracking cookies and we do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls you request
- To provide reporting services if you become a client
- To keep the website secure and working
Sharing
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run this site — FormSubmit.co (form delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), our email and hosting providers — each of which processes it only to provide their service.
Client data
If you become a client and grant us read-only access to advertising or analytics accounts, we use that access solely to prepare your reports. We don't contact your clients, and we treat your account data and your clients' performance data as confidential.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails and booking details for as long as needed to handle your request and any ongoing relationship, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@subscaled.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
